How to Apply for a Passport?
For those who want to apply for a passport, the process is quite simple. Thanks to the appointment system, you can have a passport in a short time.
Steps to follow for passport application
- Make an Appointment
- ALO 199 Citizen Interaction Center can be called.
- You can make an online appointment at sunar.nvi.gov.tr.
- Prepare Necessary Documents
- Identity Document
- 2 biometric photographs taken within the last 6 months
- Passport fee and book fee payment receipt
- Student certificate for students (to obtain a passport without fees)
- Go to the Population Directorate and Apply
- Biometric data recording (fingerprint and signature process) is taken.
- Your photo will be taken.
After you complete your application, your passport will be delivered to your address by PTT.
How Many Days Does It Take to Get a Passport?
Passport applications are usually finalized within 5 to 7 days. If you did not apply during a busy period, your transactions can be completed on the same day. Passports are delivered to the address specified in the application by PTT.
If you want someone else to collect your passport for you during the application, you must indicate this during the application.
What Valid Passport Should I Get for Studying Abroad?
